DIY Skirt in Less than 3 Minutes

Skirt: DIY Originally a maxi dress
Tank Top: H&M
Accessories: BCF

I cut the top part of the dress but left a little bit of the sleeves (it had tank top style sleeves) and I tied them on the front and the back. Took me about 3 minutes to make.
