MyHabit.com Bloglovin’ Awards’ Hottest Fashion Blogs
The votes are in and counted! The 2012 MyHabit.com Bloglovin’ Awards recently presented a host of fashion blogs and bloggers with titles such as Blogger of the Year, Best Personal Style, and Newcomer of the Year. If you didn’t know these stylish souls before, then now may be the time to check them out!
Winning Fashion Blogs
Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller won the award for Blogger of the Year. On her site, she thanked voters and wrote, “Tonight, in a room that included most every blogger in the history of the internet, I won… I obviously couldn’t have won that sh&t without your votes, so thank you, thank you, thank you. I owe you a fancy seafood dinner only less about seafood more about vegetarian Thai dishes.”

Leandra began her blog in 2010 with the motto that she repels men with her sartorial choices and you can too! In just two years her tongue-in-cheek writing and playful attitude has brought her to the top of the pyramid.
Rumi Neely of FashionToast brought home the award for Best Personal Style (for the second time in a row). The California native fashion blogger took to her blog to thank voters as well. “Thank you thank you thank you for voting for me again this year for best personal style!” she wrote. “I am floored to the point where my insides feel weird.”

With a fashion sense that can make an inspiration-starved fashionista melt, Rumi certainly is deserving of the title.

Other well-known bloggers including JakandJil photographer Tommy Ton snagged the Best Street Style award, while fashion icon Olivia Palermo won Newcomer of the Year with Oliviapalermo.com. In addition, the award for Best Blogger Business of the Year went to a trio of pals with their own fashion blogs; Andy from Style Scrapbook, Chiara of The Blonde Salad, and Carolina from Fashion Squad for Werelse.com.

Lesser-known winners included Kenza of Kenza.com for Best International Blog and Jamie of FromMeToYou for Most Original Blog.
Other Favorite Fashion Blogs
However, there is more talent out there on the web than those in the fashion blogs winner’s circle. Of the nominees, some of my personal favorite fashion blogs include Tuula Vintage by the Australian newcomer Jessica, The Glamourai by the chic Kelly, Christina of Trop Rouge, the eclectic Susie Bubble of Style Bubble, and Sea of Shoes with Texas native Jane.

All of these ladies really know how to put together some stylish outfits, not to mention their fashion blogs.
Personal style bloggers are not the only source of inspiration out there. Street style photographers offer us another great look at the fashion choices of those out and about.

StreetFSN is one of my personal favorites but Street Peeper and Stockholm Street Fashion also highlight unique and stylish souls. In additon, last year’s winner, Scott of The Sartorialist has an eye for style that will make you swoon.

I love the outfit of Leandra. Its so her, she deserves the award! I could add a few of my Korean style accessories to complete her look. She is simply stunning.
